Gina started her travel director career with a large incentive travel house. She gained valuable industry knowledge in her rise from support staff to lead trip director for large product launch meetings. Upon moving from Chicago to Pittsburgh in 1996, she launched On-Site Travel Directors.
Although On-Site has grown tremendously since its inception in 1996, one aspect has never changed. Gina continues to run the day-to-day operations of the business and maintain our commitment to personalized, customized, and efficient, high-quality service for each of our clients. On-Site Travel Directors began with three clients and 10 travel directors. After 20 years of growth and expansion, we maintain a base of 20 clients and manage over 1,000 independent contractor travel directors. During the last year, On-Site Travel Directors provided travel staff for more than 500 one-day meetings and over 100 multi-day programs, including both business meetings and incentive trips. We ended the year with record sales. In addition to our traditional business, On-Site Travel Directos expanded services to encompass hourly rates for half-day meetings, thus delivering a new option to our clients. Going forward, we look to continue expansion in this area, as well as provide other new services at our clients’ request.
